About me
Hey I'm Jenny! Currently I'm a senior at UWGB majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Mass Media. Technically I am in my junior year, but because of some college credits I took in high school I am able to graduate in three years. Overall I'm a funny and outgoing person. In my spare time I love just hanging out with friends, watching Friends, and playing with my animals. I live on a farm so we have a bunch of animals like goats, chickens, cats, dogs, and a mini horse. Right now I have two jobs, one at the Shopko in my hometown and the other at Fox 11. At Fox 11 I am a writer-editor, so basically I am sent stories to rewrite for the anchors to read for Good Day Wisconsin on the weekend. I also do a lot of web stuff. This job is really just a foot in the door for furthering my career. After I graduate I ideally want to become a news anchor for Fox 11, but I also realize that is a pretty high up there goal. So I'll probably start out as a reporter and hopefully work my way up to my ultimate goal. And that's about it!

Being a news anchor isn't too far fetched of a goal. You have to set those goals so you have something to shoot for. Every dream has to start somewhere, and it sounds like you're headed in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with Israel! Having goals that may seem out of reach now will push you to get there eventually! It might take a bit of work, but you can definitely accomplish it! Hope to see you on the news some day Jenny!
